Additional Course Offering Areas:
Undergraduate students in engineering spend most of their first two years in the Common Curriculum, which is administered by the College Curriculum Governing Board (CCGB). At the end of their fourth semester, students affiliate with one of the majors given below. The majors BE, ChemE, CE, ECE, EnvEng, MSE, and ME are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
Undergraduate students may pursue minors in any department in any college that offers them, subject to limitations placed by the department offering the minor or by the students’ major. Completed minors will appear on the student’s transcript. Not all departments offer minors. Consult the list below or contact the appropriate department for information on a specific minor and how to pursue a minor. For more information on minors see Engineering Minors .
Engineering minors are listed below and all require six courses (18 credits).
Master of Engineering Programs (M.Eng.)
The following 30-credit professional master of engineering (M.Eng.) degrees are offered.
