This course deals with the principles of valuation: it will provide you with the basic knowledge necessary to value companies using an economic framework that is simple and easily implemented. We start with a very rough, but complete, outline of the valuation process and apply it to a very simple corporation. We then increase the level of detail and difficulty and consider real-world valuation cases.
